Marion Collins

Marion Collins is an experienced professional serving as the Manager of the University Testing and Education Center at Clemson University since January 2019. In parallel, Marion holds the position of Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel with the South Carolina Army National Guard, overseeing military personnel programs for enlisted personnel, warrant officers, and officers since August 2013. Previous roles include Commander of the 2-263 Air Defense Artillery Battalion, leading a 350 Soldier unit during pre-mobilization training and deployment, and Human Resources Officer at the 263 Army Air and Missile Defense Command, responsible for personnel readiness and administrative tasks. Marion Collins holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Regents College, completed Intermediate Level Education at the US Army Command and General Staff College, and received a 2nd Lieutenant Commission from Palmetto Military Academy.
