Mark Mellott Ph.D.

Mark Mellott, PhD, PMP, is the President of Mellott & Associates, L.L.C., a CVE-certified SDVOSB specializing in program/project management and consulting services with a focus on delivering measurable results. Mark has extensive experience in academia as a Senior Lecturer and Technology Consultant at Clemson University, and previously served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Medical University of South Carolina. Additionally, Mark held leadership positions at iTech AG, GCE, Cerner Corporation, and the Defense Health Agency, demonstrating a strong background in operational and technical roles within healthcare and technology sectors. Mark holds a PhD in Policy Studies from Clemson University, an MPA from Troy University, and a B.A. in English Literature from The University of Georgia, complemented by military education from the United States Army Command and General Staff College and the Defense Acquisition University.
