Mauricio Gallegos

Mauricio Gallegos is a Bioengineering graduate from Clemson University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree earned between 2016 and 2020. Currently serving as a Medical Research Intern at the Medical University of South Carolina since June 2018, Mauricio has also been a Physics Tutor at Clemson University since August 2017. Prior experience includes a Research Internship at the University of Georgia in mid-2017, an Associate position at Whatta Wash Car Wash from 2015 to August 2016, and being a delegate at the National Youth Science Foundation's 2016 camp. Additionally, an internship at Orthopedic Specialties of Spartanburg in late 2014 involved a project on incentives related to meaningful use, along with clinical shadowing. Education was previously completed at Dorman High School with a STEM concentration in laboratory sciences.
