Tim Dickson

Tim Dickson, CTS-D, is an experienced professional in audio-visual technology and system design, currently serving as the Director/Designer/Programmer for Classroom AV at Clemson University since May 2013. In this role, Tim oversees the design, budgeting, planning, and management of AV equipment for 300 centrally scheduled classrooms and auditoriums, while also guiding local departments on upgrades for over 400 labs and conference spaces. Prior positions include AV System Design Engineer at Unified AV Systems, where Tim designed AV systems and created CAD installation drawings, and IT Software Support Engineer at Schaefer Systems International, providing support for Oracle software in automation systems. Tim's career began with roles in service management and technical support, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.
