Executive Director, Quality Control & Bioanalytical at Clene Nanomedicine

Adam Dorfman is the current Executive Director of Quality Control & Bioanalytical at Clene Nanomedicine. In this role, they oversaw the planning and execution of the Pennsylvania State University Autism Speaks U 5k Race/3k Walk, provided program level guidance to the Autism Speaks U program (Co-creator), and ensured that event goals were met by evaluating metrics on a regular basis.

Before their time with Autism Speaks, Adam was a Senior Research Engineer with General Resonance, LLC for 5 years and 9 months. In this role, they provided patent support through the generation of figures and written experimental examples. Adam also researched Gold/Platinum nanoparticles and their effects on cancer in in vivo models, conducted in vitro testing of proprietary metallic compounds against E.coli and other bacteria, and experimented with novel catalysts in PEMFC.

Adam Dorfman attended The Johns Hopkins University from 2008 until 2011, where they earned their Masters in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. Adam attended Penn State University from 2003 until 2007, where they earned their degree in Chemical Engineering.
