Trevor Johnson

Trevor Johnson, CPA has held various finance and accounting roles throughout their career. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a Sales Representative and Sales Manager at Safeguard Pest Control. In 2008, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate, where they performed audit procedures for clients and led audit engagement teams. In 2011, they joined Lighthouse Resources Inc as an Accounting Manager, responsible for overseeing accounting teams and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. Trevor was later promoted to the role of Corporate Controller and held this position until 2021. Currently, they are serving as the VP of Finance and Controller at Clene Nanomedicine.

Trevor Johnson, CPA has a Master's degree in Accounting from Utah State University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008. Trevor also earned a MAcc degree in Accounting from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business from 2002 to 2007. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from AICPA in 2010 and the COSO Internal Control Certificate from AICPA in 2023.
