Aditya Pawar is a Senior Credit Risk Analyst at Cleo, where Aditya grows the credit function, tests and launches new features, and supports initiatives to manage treasury functions. Prior to their current role, Aditya worked as a Data Scientist at Innovation Finance USA, where Aditya built and managed data science projects related to credit risk assessment for equipment finance loan applications. Aditya also has previous experience as an Associate at TresVista, where Aditya managed financial analysis for clients in various regions. Aditya holds a Master of Science in Computational Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology, an MBA in Capital Markets from NMIMS, and a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani.
