Paolo Cristofanelli

Paolo Cristofanelli is currently serving as an ML & Data Platform Engineer at Cleo since August 2023, contributing to Data/MLOps projects and developing architecture and frameworks to meet the company's data demands. Previously, as a Senior Data Engineer at AXA Italia from March 2022 to August 2023, Paolo led a team in the architecture and industrialization of machine learning projects while collaborating with data science teams to enhance the MLOps framework. From February 2019 to March 2022, Paolo worked as a Data Engineer at Data Reply IT, focusing on complex ETL and GDPR solutions for the insurance and manufacturing sectors, and served as Cloudera's cluster administrator. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Logistics Reply, where Java backend and ESB development were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, a Master thesis at Chalmers University of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
