Paul Kvadsheim

Paul Kvadsheim has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Paul has recently worked as a Commercial Associate at Cleo since May 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Investment Analyst and Investment Analyst at LiFE Ventures from October 2022 to May 2023 and from September 2021 to October 2022, respectively. Paul has also worked as a Product Analyst at DEMICA from April 2021 to September 2021 and at Greensill from August 2020 to March 2021, gaining experience in product design, analysis, and development. Additionally, they held the role of Secretary at the Leeds University Union Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Society from July 2019 to May 2020, where they developed interpersonal and communication skills. Paul also served as the TMT Sector Head at the Leeds University Union Trading and Investment Society from October 2017 to May 2020, achieving a 15% return, the highest in the society. Paul has further internship experience, including Partnerships & Business Development Intern at Medbelle from May 2019 to August 2019, and Campus Ambassador at N26 from November 2018 to August 2019, where they improved their persuasive abilities. Paul began their professional journey as a Commercial Banking Intern at Lloyds Banking Group for 10 weeks in the Cash Management & Payments (CM&P) area within the Global Transaction Bank. Paul Kvadsheim began their education in 2014 at The Sixth Form College Colchester. After completing their studies there in 2016, they went on to attend the University of Leeds from 2016 to 2020. During their time at Leeds, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Politics with a focus on International studies. In 2017, Paul also briefly attended the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics, where they explored the field of Business development and Lean start-ups. Additionally, in 2018 and 2019, they had the opportunity to study at The Berlin School of Economics and Law and earned a BA degree in Economics and Politics.
