Sophia Lazare

Sophia Lazare is a Group Product Manager at Cleo since July 2023, previously holding the position of Lead Product Manager - New Ventures at Barnes & Noble Education, Inc. from January 2021 to July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Product Manager at Smartling from July 2017 to January 2021 and as a Product Manager at SparkPrep, where responsibilities encompassed curriculum design and marketing strategy implementation for educational assessments. In 2016, Sophia was an English Teaching Assistant with the Fulbright Program, managing an English language program for university students in Brazil. Additional experiences include co-managing operations at Success Academy Charter Schools and teaching English in French middle schools as Assistante d'Anglais. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and French from Northwestern University and has studied abroad at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
