Mahesh Rajasekharan

Mahesh Rajasekharan is the current CEO at Cleo. Prior to this, they were with Globe Equity Partners and Timmaron Capital Advisors. Mahesh has also served as the Chief Operating Officer at SumTotal Systems.

Rajasekharan has extensive experience in operations, supply chain management, business development strategy, and interim executive roles. Mahesh is well-versed in turnaround situations and post-merger integrations.

Under their leadership, SumTotal Systems went through a nine-month operational turnaround which saw an increase in EBITDA of three times. Mahesh was also responsible for transforming the company from a horizontal organization focused on products to a vertical organization targeting specific industries.

Rajasekharan is a respected leader in the business community and has been recognized for their ability to streamline operations and build a performance-oriented culture.

Mahesh Rajasekharan has a MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in Finance and Marketing. Mahesh also has a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Systems and a M.S. from Texas Tech University in Industrial Engineering. Finally, they have a B.S. from Anna University in Mechanical Engineering.
