Lucy Lynn has a background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with experience at various tech companies. Currently working as a Principal Talent Partner at Cleo, Lucy specializes in technical and leadership hiring, talent strategy, and DE&I initiatives. Prior to Cleo, Lucy held roles at Epic Games, EPAM, Trust In SODA, and Premier Group Recruitment. Lucy Lynn also managed technical recruiters and led the launch of a new engineering hub in the UK during their time at EPAM. Lucy attended Ilford Ursuline High School from 2008 to 2013.
