CLERENS
Elina Cirule is a consultant at CLERENS since July 2020, having previously held positions as a junior consultant and project assistant within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as a research assistant intern at the Centre for European Policy Studies in the Jobs and Skills Unit from September 2018 to June 2019. Elina holds a Master of Science in Comparative Public Policy and Welfare Studies from the University of Southern Denmark, obtained in 2020, and a master's degree in Business and Social Sciences from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, completed in 2017. Elina also earned a Bachelor of Science in European Studies from the University of Southern Denmark, graduating in 2017.
