(renamed Keane Consulting Group post-1998 acquisition). During her tenure at the firm (1992-2003), the consultancy grew from a $2.4M Chicago-based firm to a national $46M firm. As a 15-year executive with IBM, she managed multi-million dollar national accounts and led global client change initiatives.
