Jay Rosenfield has been the President of ClerkBase / OpenGOVideo since February 1994, focusing on building trust through transparency by combining powerful search and retrieval solutions with time-stamped video streaming. Prior to this role, Jay worked as a Timeslips Consultant at Edge Business Systems. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School.
