Antoine Couhert is a highly experienced mental preparation coordinator, currently serving at ASM Omnisports for U21 and U18 teams since July 2019, where responsibilities include mental support for staff and players, as well as developing collective dynamics. Additionally, Antoine is involved with Clermont Foot 63 in optimizing performance at the training center for youth players, and serves as a contract teacher at Université Clermont Auvergne, focusing on psychological aspects of performance. With prior roles as a PhD student and educator at multiple universities, Antoine has a robust background in sport psychology, complemented by a diverse teaching portfolio in exercise physiology and development psychology. Antoine's earlier experience includes coaching swimming and providing mental performance training. Antoine holds a doctorate in sport psychology from Université Paris-Est Créteil, along with a master's degree in training and performance optimization.
