Paul Knightley Fih

Paul Knightley FIH has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Paul has held various managerial positions and is currently the Operations Director at Clermont Hotel Group since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Operations & Brand Execution Director at the same company from July 2022 to July 2023. Before joining Clermont Hotel Group, Paul was the General Manager at Hard Rock Hotel London from January 2020 to July 2022. Paul also worked at glh Hotels, where they held multiple roles including Group Operations Manager, General Manager Thistle City Barbican Hotel, Brand Launch Director, and Cluster General Manager. Paul also gained experience at Guoman & Thistle hotels as a Cluster General Manager and General Manager. Additionally, they served as the General Manager at Thistle Kensington Gardens and Thistle Hyde Park. Paul started their career as a Financial Controller at Thistle Kensington Park and Palace.

Paul Knightley FIH attended Colchester Institute from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Hospitality Studies with Tourism.
