Mario Fera

Mario Fera is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Clessidra since September 2016, Mario has previously held significant roles including General Management and M&A at Italcementi, and Manager responsibilities at Italmobiliare SpA. Prior to these positions, Mario was an Executive Director at UBS and a Director at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, specializing in M&A in Europe and the Middle East. Mario began a professional career at Lazard as a Vice President in the M&A sector. Mario Fera holds a degree from Università Bocconi, completed between 1990 and 1995.
