Sandra Ferreira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, customer service, and digital transformation within the insurance and education sectors. Currently serving as Sales Account Director at CLEVA Insurance Software since April 2023, Sandra focuses on achieving revenue targets by providing tailored solutions to customers. Previously, as Iberian Director Customer Service and CX at Universidade Europeia, Sandra enhanced customer experience and digitalized processes.
