Susana Torres

Susana Torres has extensive experience in process improvement and product ownership within the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Claims Process Improvement Manager at Tranquilidade since February 2022, and simultaneously as a Product Owner and Team Leader at CLEVA Insurance Software since January 2021, Susana has a strong background in digital transformation. Previously, Susana worked as a Product Owner at i2S Insurance Knowledge and held roles at Lusitania, Companhia Seguros, and Real Seguros, focusing on project management, process analysis, and business performance indicators. Susana began a professional journey with a curricular internship at Auto Sueco while completing a Sociology degree at the Universidade do Porto, complemented by a postgraduate degree in Information Management and Marketing Intelligence from Porto Business School.
