Gail Crockett is a Supply Chain and Procurement professional with leadership experience at some of the world’s largest companies. She brings to Cleveland Avenue a passion for driving savings through optimization, simplifying complexity, and building supplier relationships.
Before joining CA, Gail led strategic sourcing, pricing, risk management, and optimization for over $2 Billion in spend at McDonald’s Corp. She was instrumental in the U.S. McCafe introduction and has experience leading supplier diversity programs and women’s leadership networks.
Gail also has a background in restaurant unit operations and financial mergers & acquisitions, having negotiated and sold multiple corporate-owned restaurants to Licensees. She began her career in engineering and manufacturing management for a division of ExxonMobil.
