Karim spent 15 years at McDonald’s leading various IT & Operational initiatives for both the US and the International Markets. Karim has in-depth knowledge of in-restaurant technology specifically around Point of Sale (POS) and customer self-order platforms including Kiosk and Mobile. Karim’s vast experience includes software development, vendor management, leading large-scale IT deployments, and new concept development/restaurant innovation.
He is best known for his thought leadership, collaboration, and strong communication skills with a deep background in restaurant operations and technology.
Karim holds an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois, Chicago which focused on Management & Entrepreneurship. He also holds a B.S. in Information Technology from DePaul University.
