Sal Hock

Sal’s obsession with pleasing customers inspired his interest in managing operations. Sal spent most of his 25-year career working within the McDonald’s system. At Taste 222, he enjoys improving operations and efficiencies to make the business run better, improving customer satisfaction, and teaching the crew how to advance each day. Sal’s mission is to bring positive change to the work environment and inspire people to learn more, dream more, and do more by leading by example.
