Ben Wilkerson is an experienced offensive line coach currently serving as the Assistant Offensive Line Coach for the Cleveland Browns since February 2025. Wilkerson's coaching career includes tenures with the New York Jets, New York Football Giants, and Chicago Bears, all as an Assistant Offensive Line Coach. Prior to professional coaching, Wilkerson worked at North Shore High School as an Assistant Football Coach, which included responsibilities as the Varsity Offensive Line Coach and a Physical Education Instructor. Wilkerson has also coached at Grambling State University, focusing on offensive line skills and life skills for student-athletes, and held various roles at Louisiana State University, culminating in a Graduate Assistant position. Before transitioning to coaching, Wilkerson was a professional athlete in the National Football League, playing for the Atlanta Falcons and Cincinnati Bengals. Wilkerson holds a Master's degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Sports Management from Louisiana State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in General Studies.
