Max Paulus

Director, College Scouting at Cleveland Browns

Max Paulus is the Director of College Scouting for the Cleveland Browns. Prior to their current position, Max was a Research Analyst-Intern at Conquistador Games, Inc. and a Summer Assistant at Stolle Machinery. Max has a passion for history and games, which led him to their current position with the Browns. In their role as Director of College Scouting, Max is responsible for evaluating college players and determining which ones have the potential to be drafted by the Browns. Max is also responsible for managing the Browns' scouting department and overseeing the scouting process from start to finish.

Max Paulus' educational career consists of a Bachelor's degree in Theirtory and Economics from Denison University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Theirtory from the same school.

They work with Ron Brewer - Director, Player Engagement, Brad Deangelis - Director, Football Information Systems, and Ken Kovash - Vice President, Player Personnel Process & Development. Max Paulus reports to Andrew Berry, Executive Vice President, Football Operations & General Manager. Some individuals on their team include Chris Buford - Area Scout, Shawn Heinlen - Area Scout.
