Mike Judge

Mike Judge is the current Director of Membership Development for the Cleveland Browns. Prior to that, they were with Engage! Cleveland and Arthur's Shoe Tree. Mike was with Arthur's for over 10 years, eventually becoming the manager. During their time as manager, they oversaw some of the most profitable years in the company's history. In 2012, they implemented a new Point of Sale system that increased sales and efficiency. Mike left Arthur's in 2013 to pursue a career in professional sports with the Cleveland Browns.

Mike Judge's educational career includes a degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University, with a double major in Administration/Management and Marketing. Mike also has an Associates in Business Administration from Lorain County Community College. In addition, they have a certification from How to be a Human Firewall & PCI-DSS (Retail Compliance) from KnowBe4, and a certification from the National Football League (NFL) in NFL Security Awareness Training.
