Andy Finn has a diverse work experience primarily in the sports industry. Andy most recently worked as a Senior Manager of Event Security for the Cleveland Cavaliers starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they held multiple roles with the Cleveland Indians from 2015 to 2021, including Manager of Event Security, Manager of Facility Operations, and Coordinator of Facility Operations. Before their time with the Indians, Andy worked as an Independent Sales Representative for Phoenix Bats from 2012 to 2019, selling baseball gear in the Greater Cleveland Area. Andy also served as a Baseball/Softball Umpire for the Regional Umpires Association from 2004 to 2015. In addition to their sports-related roles, Andy worked as an Assistant Wrestling Coach at Normandy High School from 2013 to 2015 and as a JV Baseball Coach at Fairview Park Public Schools from 2013 to 2014. Andy started their career with the Cleveland Indians as a Clubhouse Attendant in 2005, where they prepared the visitors' clubhouse, handled equipment, and did laundry. Andy also briefly worked as a Mobile BayBears Clubhouse Manager for the Southern League Baseball in 2012.

Andy Finn attended the University of Mount Union from 2006 to 2010. Andy earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.
