Aysia Kemp

Aysia Kemp has a diverse work experience in the fields of HR, coaching, and clerical support. Aysia started their career in 2019 as an HR Clerk Specialist at Kent State University, where they provided specialized clerical support and performed various tasks in the Training and Development department. At Beachwood High School, starting in 2020, they served as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach, studying players' skills, developing performance optimization ideas, and providing mentorship. Aysia also gained experience in HR coordination at Marcus Thomas LLC, where they worked as a People Coordinator and a Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Intern. Currently, they hold the role of People and Culture Coordinator at the Cleveland Cavaliers, where they assist with onboarding, supports team engagement initiatives, and maintains HR records.

Aysia Kemp attended Kent State University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services.
