Cassie Sant

Cassie Sant has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cassie is currently employed as a Graphic Designer at the Cleveland Cavaliers since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at the University of Dayton from August 2019 to September 2021, where they held the role of Graphic and Video Coordinator/Asst. Recruiting Coordinator. In this position, they were responsible for creating and managing social media graphics, videos, and gifs, as well as designing informative and promotional recruiting materials. Cassie collaborated with the athletic department and communicated with potential student athletes, parents, and coaches.

From April 2018 to August 2019, Cassie worked as a Graphic Specialist at the Cleveland Clinic, where they directly collaborated with the Chief Design Officer and five departments to design various materials such as books, campus signage, fliers, invitations, posters, newsletters, and powerpoints. Cassie also worked on philanthropic displays, plaques, and web images.

Prior to that, they worked at Premier Health Partners as a Marketing and Communications Design Contractor from November 2015 to April 2018. Cassie'sresponsibilities included branding, photo retouching, and design of printed and web materials. Cassie managed photographers' schedules and a digital asset management system.

Cassie also has experience as a Professional Basketball Player. Cassie played for Eastern Sports Development - Kilsyth Basketball from March 2015 to September 2015 and for Virtus Basket La Spezia from September 2014 to December 2014.

During their time at the University of Dayton from August 2010 to May 2014, Cassie served as a Student and also played NCAA Varsity Women's Basketball.

Lastly, they gained experience as a Design Intern at Eismann & Associates in June 2013 and July 2013.
