Garrett Furubayashi

Garrett Furubayashi is a highly experienced professional in basketball operations, currently serving as a Basketball Operations Seasonal Assistant for the Cleveland Cavaliers since October 2024. Prior to this role, Garrett held various positions at the University of San Francisco from August 2017 to October 2024, including Director of Basketball Operations, Graduate Manager, Student Manager, Business Office Assistant, and Equipment Operations Assistant, demonstrating a multifaceted skill set in team management, player development, and operational logistics. Garrett also gained valuable experience as an Administrative Intern and NBA Draft Analyst with the Locked on Podcast Network from July 2016 to June 2019. An alumnus of the University of San Francisco, Garrett holds both a Master of Science in Sports Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
