James Adams Jr. has a diverse work experience in graphic design, radio hosting, and filmmaking. James started their career with the City of Cleveland, working as a Student Assistant, Graphic Designer, and Filmmaker from June 2010 to November 2013. James then moved on to Da Jock Boxxx, where they worked as a Radio Talk Show Host from December 2012 to March 2015. Following that, they joined the Department of Public Utilities as a Cable Production Specialist and Graphic Designer from November 2013 to May 2017. James then gained further graphic design experience at the Cleveland Cavaliers, first as an Assistant Digital Designer from April 2018 to May 2019, and later as a Graphic Designer from December 2021 to the present. James also participated in the iCR8 Bootcamp at the Marcus Graham Project - Think Fruition from May 2017 to the present. Additionally, James worked as a Graphic Designer at The Topps Company from June 2020 to the present.

James Adams Jr. started their education in 2006 at Lakeland Community College. James completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Graphic Design in the year 2009. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film/Video and Photographic Arts at Cleveland State University. James obtained their Bachelor's degree in the year 2012.
