James Kellon M.ed.

James Kellon, M.Ed. has a diverse work experience in various industries including sports, education, and engineering. James began their career as a Business Intelligence & Analytics Assistant for the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2020. James then worked as a Business Analyst in the Development Program for the Cleveland Guardians from March 2021 to December 2021. In 2021, they also interned as an Athletic Department Graduate Research Intern at Cleveland State University. In 2019, they served as an Engineering Project Management Teaching Assistant at Ohio University. Additionally, they have gained experience as an Industrial & Systems Engineering Intern at Dependable Stamping Company, and as a Process & Systems Engineering Consultant at Muskingum Valley Educational Service Center. James currently holds the position of Business Analyst at the Cleveland Cavaliers since December 2021. In 2023, they are appointed as a Football Data Collection Analyst (P/T) at PFF. James is also a Member of the Pro Sports Assembly since October 2022.

James Kellon, M.Ed. has a diverse education history. James obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Ohio University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. James then pursued their Master of Education (MEd) degree in Sport Management from Cleveland State University from 2021 to 2022. In addition to their MEd, James also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Business Analytics & Information Systems from Cleveland State University from 2022 to 2023.

James has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. James obtained the Graduate Strategic Business Analytics Certificate from Cleveland State University in December 2022. James has also acquired the Google Analytics Individual Qualification and Advanced Google Analytics certifications from Google in July 2020. Furthermore, James earned the Tableau Analyst certification from Tableau Software in June 2020. Additionally, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Certificate from Ohio University.
