Joe Sweeny

Joe Sweeny has a diverse work experience in the broadcasting and audio engineering industry. Joe started their career as an Assistant Engineer at Salem Media Group, where they assisted with studio equipment maintenance, transmitter upkeep, and troubleshooting. Joe then worked as a Commercial Production Director at iHeartRadio, creating commercials, promos, and podcasts while also directing and editing endorsements. Due to the impact of Covid-19, Joe was furloughed and took online courses to earn a Google IT Support Professional Certificate.

In recent years, Joe has held various positions as a Broadcast Engineer, working with different sports teams in Cleveland. Joe set up and ran radio broadcasts for the Cleveland Charge in the NBA G League, the Cleveland Monsters in the AHL, and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA.
