Joni Allen

Joni Allen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Salesperson at Don Drumm Studios & Gallery. In 2021, they joined The University of Akron Undergraduate Student Government as a Social Media Manager, where they curated and uploaded social media posts and assisted in communication efforts. Concurrently, they also worked as a Peer Mentor with The Office of Multicultural Development at The University of Akron. In 2022, they transitioned to Mactac North America, where they worked as a Marketing Intern and later as a Corporate Marketing Communications Specialist, collaborating with managers and gathering materials for communication campaigns. As of 2023, Joni joined the Cleveland Cavaliers as a Corporate Communications Coordinator, focusing on strategic PR outreach and generating awareness for the organization. Throughout their various roles, Joni has acquired strong communication and marketing skills, demonstrating adaptability and a drive to achieve goals.

Joni Allen attended The University of Akron from 2018 to 2022, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications.
