Wellness Culture Coordinator at Cleveland Cavaliers

Lauren Dick has a diverse work experience in the wellness and fitness industry. Lauren has recently served as a Wellness Culture Coordinator for the Cleveland Cavaliers since 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they worked at the University of North Alabama, where they had multiple roles. As a Graduate Assistant for Healthy UNA, they planned weekly educational sessions, assisted in organizing biometric screenings, and contributed to the success of the university's worksite wellness program. Additionally, they served as a Group Fitness Instructor, designing and leading a cardio hip hop workout class for students. During their time as an intern for Healthy UNA, they supported the program director in daily tasks, managed social media platforms, and participated in organizing weekly educational sessions. Lauren's experience also includes being a Dance Instructor at Allegro Dance and Fitness, where they taught tap, jazz, and lyrical dance to young students and choreographed dances for recitals.

Lauren Dick earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Wellness and Health Promotion from the University of North Alabama, which they attended from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Promotion at the same university, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. In 2019, Lauren also spent a semester at the Rennes School of Business, with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Additionally, they hold certifications in Heart Saver CPR AED obtained in August 2021 from the American Heart Association and CITI Training obtained in September 2020 from the CITI Program.
