Lindsey Speyer has over 10 years of experience in various roles within the e-commerce industry. Lindsey started their career at Best Buy as a Mobile Phone Sales representative from 2008 to 2011. Lindsey then worked at Jewelry Art as an Administrative Services & Special Projects associate from 2011 to 2013. Lindsey gained experience in social media and promotions as the Social Media & Promotions Director at Black Squirrel Radio in 2013. Lindsey returned to Best Buy as a Geek Squad Agent from 2014 to 2015.

Lindsey's e-commerce career took off when they joined the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2015. Initially, they served as a Senior eCommerce Associate, overseeing daily order fulfillment and providing exceptional customer service. From 2016 to 2018, they held the role of an eCommerce Coordinator, where they successfully migrated the store platform, leveraged analytics for data analysis, and developed efficient processes. Lindsey was then promoted to Senior eCommerce Coordinator in 2018, where they took sole control of the store platform and reduced operating costs. In this role, they also utilized advanced analytics tools and leveraged data to shape content strategies and improve conversion rates.

In 2021, Lindsey was promoted to Ecommerce Manager, where they implemented innovative site features, collaborated with the marketing team on SMS marketing campaigns, and designed a self-service returns portal. Currently, Lindsey holds the position of Senior Manager Ecommerce at the Cleveland Cavaliers, where they optimize product catalogs, collaborates with corporate partners to implement payment solutions, and conducts site speed audits to improve overall website performance.

Lindsey Speyer completed their education history, starting in 2007 at Auburn Career Center, where they earned an Interactive Multimedia Certificate in Interactive Multimedia Technology. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Kent State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Lindsey pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in UX Design at Kent State University.
