Nicholas Langer has a diverse work experience in the field of media production. Nicholas is currently working as a Video Producer for the Cleveland Cavaliers, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Producer, Cinematographer, Editor, and Motion Graphics Designer for their own company, N. F. Langer Media Production, starting in March 2017.
In addition, Nicholas has had various roles as a Cinematographer/Editor at a Small Market Video Production Agency from July 2020 to December 2020, and as a Videographer at the Avedis Zildjian Company from August 2018 to August 2020. Nicholas also worked as a Video Editor at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. from February 2021 to December 2021.
Nicholas has gained experience in the entertainment industry as a Freelance Cinematographer/Editor at Cedar Point Amusement Park from April 2022 to November 2022, and as a Video Production Intern at the same amusement park from May 2019 to August 2019.
Furthermore, Nicholas has worked in different positions at Ohio University from 2018 to 2020. Nicholas was a Tour Guide in the Undergraduate Admissions department from February 2019 to May 2020, a Student Ambassador for the School of Media Arts and Studies from January 2019 to May 2020, and a Camera Operator, Sports Cinematographer, and Video Board Director for Ohio Athletics from October 2018 to May 2020.
Prior to these experiences, Nicholas worked as a Multimedia Director for The Post from April 2019 to April 2020. Nicholas also held various roles at WOUB Public Media, including Senior Director from May 2018 to August 2019, Director of Gridiron Glory Season 20 from April 2018 to November 2018, Director from November 2017 to April 2018, and Camera Operator and Video Editor from September 2017 to November 2017.
Nicholas Langer completed their Bachelor of Science in Communication - B.S.C. with a focus on Integrated Media at Ohio University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Hoover High School from 2013 to 2017, where they earned their College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma with a field of study in General Studies. In addition to their formal education, Nicholas also obtained the Safe Sets™ COVID-19 (Level A) Certificate from Safe Sets International in May 2021.
