Pam Frasco is a seasoned professional in community relations and marketing, currently serving as the Vice President of Community Relations and Executive Director of the Cavaliers Foundation for the Cleveland Cavaliers since July 2021. Frasco is also the President and Founder of Project NICU, a position held since March 2018. Previous roles include various leadership positions with the Cleveland Monsters, where responsibilities ranged from Vice President of Marketing and Communications to Business Operations Advisor, as well as significant contributions to the Cleveland Gladiators and earlier experience with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Frasco holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Kent State University, where involvement began as a Sports Information Student Assistant.
