Troy Lowe

Troy Lowe is a skilled professional in membership development and sports management with extensive experience in customer service and sales. Currently serving as a Membership Development Specialist with the Cleveland Cavaliers since June 2019, Troy has held multiple roles within the organization, including Jr. Membership Development Specialist and Account Executive. Prior experience includes supervisory positions at Ohio University's Walter Fieldhouse and Ping Recreation Center, where Troy focused on facility operations and customer engagement. As the Director of Ticket Sales for the Southern Ohio Copperheads, Troy achieved significant revenue generation and record attendance. Troy's background also includes participation in large-scale events with Major League Soccer, as well as sales experience at TGI Fridays and Penske Truck Leasing. Troy holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Ohio University and has completed a Sales Certificate from The Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre.
