Raihaan Mughal is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in healthcare technology management. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer and IT PMO Director at Cleveland Clinic London since March 2016, Raihaan has established high-level IT strategies aligning with organizational goals and has overseen critical IT processes including project and change management. Prior to this role, Raihaan was a Senior Program Manager at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where significant contributions were made towards delivering a $1 billion IT Program and leading the top-performing IT PMO. Raihaan’s career also includes project management roles at ROCC Computers, Computer Sciences Corporation, Accenture, and Lloyds Banking Group, showcasing expertise in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships across the healthcare sector. Raihaan holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and a first-class degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Greenwich.
