Eric L. Dicken

Eric L. Dicken serves as the Director of the Chief of Staff Office at Cleveland Clinic since January 2022, supporting executive operations and managing priorities for the Chief of Staff. Previously, Eric accumulated extensive experience at Case Western Reserve University from 2003 to 2021, holding several leadership roles including AVP of Development, Senior Executive Director of Donor Relations, and Executive Director of University Programs and Events, where responsibilities included event strategy, donor stewardship, and budget management. Eric's career began at Baldwin-Wallace College, leading to a strong foundation in career services, complemented by extensive volunteer management during high-profile events such as the Vice Presidential Debate. Eric holds a Master of Nonprofit Organizations, an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration, and a B.A. in English and Theatre Arts.
