Irshad Rizvi

Irshad Rizvi is an experienced professional in the field of learning and performance technologies, currently serving as the Senior Director of Caregiver Development and Learning & Performance Technologies at Cleveland Clinic since November 2015. In this role, Irshad provides strategic leadership in enterprise online collaboration, performance management, and compliance training, while also focusing on data analytics and visualization. Prior to this, Irshad held various leadership positions at Eaton from 2008 to 2015, overseeing training and communication initiatives, as well as learning technologies deployment. Irshad's career began at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities included leading IT training and development for staff across several major cities. Irshad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business Management from Aligarh Muslim University.
