Kelly Nichols

Kelly Nichols, MSN, RN, is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles in healthcare. Currently serving as the Nursing Operations Manager at Cleveland Clinic since November 2019, Kelly previously held positions such as Assistant Nurse Manager and Nurse Manager within the same organization. Prior to that, Kelly was the Director of Nursing at Menorah Park Campus from July 2012 to October 2019. Kelly's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Kent State University, a BSN from Ohio University, an MSN in Nursing Administration from Grand Canyon University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Arts in Nursing Education at the American College of Education.
