Logan Rife

Logan Rife, PhD, currently serves as Senior Director of Talent Development at Cleveland Clinic, a position held since January 2018, following roles including Director of Talent Development, Lead Organization Development Consultant, and Senior Organization Effectiveness Consultant at the same institution. Prior experience includes working as an OD Consultant at VHA National Center for Organization Development and a Health Psychology Intern at Veterans Administration Medical Center. Academic qualifications consist of a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology, a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, all obtained from The University of Akron. Logan Rife has also contributed as an Instructor and Supervisor at The University of Akron, and as a Project Consultant at Avesta Systems, Inc., as well as undertaking roles as a Consulting Psychology Intern and Project Consultant at Leadership Development Worldwide and Center for Organizational Research, respectively.
