Marcus Madison, MSPOD, serves as the Community Relations Program Manager at Cleveland Clinic, focusing on initiatives that promote community health through healing, hiring, and investment. Madison’s extensive experience includes roles such as a Steering Committee Member for the Black Heritage Employee Resource Group, where efforts enhance the professional growth of Black caregivers, and a member of the West Sub Market Diversity & Inclusion Council. Previously, Madison was a Program Officer at Community West Foundation, supporting over 90 organizations in addressing basic needs. Their tenure with the City of Elyria as Chairman of the Rules Committee and City Councilmember reflects a commitment to sustainable community development. Madison’s diverse background also includes various leadership roles at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lorain County, Inc. and work as a Deputy Field Officer at Organizing for Action. Madison holds a Master of Science in Positive Organization Development from the Weatherhead School of Management and degrees in Urban and Regional Studies, Nonprofit Administration, and Public Administration from Cleveland State University and Lorain County Community College.
