Philip Toal PT, DPT, OCS, C-OMPT, FAAOMPT is an experienced clinical rehab manager at Cleveland Clinic Akron General since August 2016, overseeing a diverse team of physical therapists, assistants, and athletic trainers in an outpatient orthopedic practice.
