Robert Crook MD HMDC FACP FAAHPM is an accomplished Associate Staff Physician at Cleveland Clinic since November 2019, with extensive experience in hospice and palliative care. Previously, Robert served as a Hospice and Palliative Care Physician at Mount Carmel Health System, where leadership roles included physician lead for a community-based palliative care initiative and Medical Director for a pilot project with MediGold Insurance. Additional roles include Physician Consultant at Weatherbee Resources, Inc., and Hospice and Palliative Care Medical Director at Visiting Nurse and Bridge Home Health and Hospice, where significant contributions were made to improve patient care and operational efficiency. Robert completed an Internal Medicine residency at Case/MetroHealth Medical Center and holds an MD from The University of Toledo, complemented by a BS in Biology from the same institution.
