Sue A. Behrens DNP, NEA-BC currently serves as the VP Chief Nursing Officer at Cleveland Clinic since November 2021. Prior to this role, Sue held various positions at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi from November 2014 to December 2021, including Chief Nursing Officer and Acting Chief Nursing Officer, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing nursing practice in multiple settings and ensuring alignment with clinical standards. From 2008 to 2014, Sue was the Director of Emergency Department, Trauma, CDU, EMS & Advanced Practice at OSF HealthCare, managing a comprehensive emergency department and associated services. Sue obtained a Doctor of Nursing degree from Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing between 2009 and 2012.
