Laura Cress is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of diverse experience. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Midwest Vision Partners since January 2022, Laura has effectively managed the full life cycle of sales staff, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
