Steve Buzash

Steve Buzash is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in call center operations and management. Currently serving as a Call Center Consultant at Cleveland Eye Clinic since March 2017, Steve has successfully overhauled call center systems to enhance customer service delivery. As the Owner of Man for Rent since December 2015, Steve provides various services to property owners. Previously, as Lead Implementation Asset Manager at DIRECTV, Steve managed call center training programs and played a key role in performance evaluation and trainer development. Steve's earlier experience includes roles as a Supply Chain Vendor Manager at Safeguard Properties and a Sales Manager at AT&T Global Services, where considerable expertise in sales and customer service was developed. Steve holds two Associate's degrees in Business Administration from Stark State College.
